In the heart of Sicily, a region rich in tradition and gastronomic culture, Giuseppe Messina founded in 1987, the company dedicated Confectionery ETNADOLCE

production of marzipan, almond paste, crunchy, candied citrus, soft nougat, nougat, panettone and doves craft.

The configuration "business" was created a few years later, when Master Joseph had the brilliant idea to take advantage of the summer months to place a new production line at the company.

Right away, the positioning of ETNADOLCE was away from the already rich mass markets, and devoted himself to the creation of "sweet specialties unique and unrepeatable" through the use of noble materials, refined, genuine and a long and careful craftsmanship.

From this principle was born Mandorlini, a layer of crunchy with almonds and pistachios, now known and appreciated throughout the world.
